Are you enquiring about
tour details? Leaflets that are available only have very limited
information. FULL tour details are described on the
Balamory Page.
Are tours available
throughout the week? Generally YES - though certain days during the
year will not be available. Please contact Chris Jones to find out -
see contact details below!
Are you asking about
how to get to Oban and where to park your car? If so, please
to visit the Travel Directions page!
Tours About Mull
is not able to arrange travel for you; you should make your own way to
Oban - and if necessary contact a travel agent to assist you in your
planning.
Are you trying to find
out if you will see any of the characters? The characters do not
live in Tobermory - but they are occasionally here when filming. You
may be able to find out when they next will be filming by
contacting me - though I cannot guarantee the dates - as they may well
change. Taking a tour when filming is taking place will NOT
necessarily mean that you will see the characters; this is totally
dependent upon when and where the filming takes place! You must
remember that filming is important - and time limited - and
filming cannot be interrupted. You might get the chance to
meet members of the cast if they are free - when not involved in filming
Balamory.
Are you enquiring about accommodation? You are advised to book either in the Oban area (or on Mull - if you are not visiting just for the day), before you book your tour. To help find suitable accommodation, you could either visit my accommodation page - which has a small selection of B&B's, Guest Houses and Hotels in Oban and Mull, or you could telephone the 'Argyll, the Isles, Loch Lomond, Stirling & Trossachs' Tourist Board. Oban Office: +44 (0)1631 563059; Craignure Office: +44 (0)1680 812377 or Tobermory Office: +44 (0)1688 302182
What do we look out for when we arrive at Craignure? You will be
travelling in a Red, High roof, LDV minibus. See below.

No Tours Available Until Further Notice!
When booking at tour, you will be asked to provide a cheque as a deposit for 50% of the tour price - to be paid as a confirmation of your booking.
VERY IMPORTANT:
IF YOU MAKE A BOOKING AND LATER DECIDE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COME,
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU INFORM
CHRIS JONES
BY EMAIL OR TELEPHONE - IN GOOD TIME. FAILURE TO DO THIS, MEANS THAT
YOU WILL BE PREVENTING OTHERS FROM HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO BOOK ON THE
TOUR. THIS
WOULD BE VERY GREATLY APPRECIATED -AS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, PEOPLE HAVE
FAILED TO DO SO!
WHEN E-MAILING, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FULL CONTACT DETAILS INCLUDING TELEPHONE NUMBER(S).
